Wiz Khalifa has
denied rumors that he was trying to cheat on fiance Amber
Rose. A woman posted an alleged message from Wiz, asking for her phone
number and then asking for her to delete the message. Wiz took to Twitter shortly
after story started spreading.He wrote, "Oh, whoever hacced my instagram
is a tool and i feel sorry for your mother." Meanwhile, on Father's Day, Amber posted a
lovely message for Wiz on Twitter. She wrote, "Happy Father's Day to the
Love of my life @wizkhalifa thx for not putting ur babies on my face that
night Lol j/k Love u ;-)

Bieber is saying he didn't know he hit anyone as he left the Laugh Factory, and
police are clearing him of any wrongdoing ... this time.We're told LAPD
interviewed Bieber and his representatives as well as witnesses -- and cops now
say this is not a hit and run case ... and fault lies with the photog for being
a pedestrian in the roadway. 

Police say the photog wasn't seriously injured.Justin Bieber fled after allegedly driving
his Ferrari into a photographer late Monday night on Sunset Boulevard -- and
police are anxious to talk to him ... TMZ has learned.Justin was leaving the
Laugh Factory around 11:45 PM in his infamous white Ferrari. His pal Lil Twist was there as a passenger, and
several paps were on scene shooting the duo.Once Justin got behind the wheel he
motioned for some of the photogs to clear out of the way -- but when he drove
off he appeared to pin one of them between the Ferrari and a parked car.Justin
did not stop. It's unclear if he knew the pap was claiming he'd been hit. LAPD has launched an investigation
into the incident, and is reaching out to Bieber and his representatives.The
paparazzo (not a TMZ employee) was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for
treatment. Some witnesses were unclear what, if any, injury he suffered ...
others suspect he hurt his leg. The famed freeloader known as King Kevi --
who rose to sub-fame by hanging out at Justin Bieber's
house and pretending to be the singer's BFF -- now
completely regrets his life choices ... claiming the Belieber nation has turned
on him in a big way, and threatened his life.

20-year-old Kevin Pederson has filed a request for a restraining order against
the singer, claiming Bieber tweeted out his cell number on June 13th ...
unleashing a 40,000,000-person Belieber army on his ass.Kevin says Bieber
tweeted out the number as an act of vengeance against reports that he and Kevin
are friends -- insisting the two NEVER met.

Kevin claims Bieber deleted the number minutes
later, but it was too late -- his cell number had already been released to a
vicious bloodthirsty mob of teen girls ... and these girls do NOT mess
around.Kevin says he has since received thousands of death threats and he
genuinely fears for his safety -- claiming it only takes ONE crazy
Bieber fan to end his life.

Bottom line, Kevin wants Bieber to stop tweeting
about him -- and he also wants Bieber and his goons to stay 150 yards away from
him at all times.Bieber's reps claim Justin never tweeted the number in the
first place.Fun fact: Kevin is the same guy who staged late night pics at Selena Gomez's gate earlier
this year to make it look like he was hooking up with her

Lil Wayne trampled
the American flag over the weekend ... and there's footage.Weezy performed the
stunt while shooting his new music video for "God Bless Amerika" in New
  Orleans. During the shoot, Wayne begins
rapping in front of a giant American flag ... which is released to the ground.
After it's on the floor, Wayne
continues to rap ... while stepping all over the stars and stripes. The lyrics to Wayne's song are just as controversial ... "My country 'tis of thee / Sweet land of kill 'em all and let 'em die / God bless Amerika / This ole' godless Amerika."
